Here is a list of all standing order templates, along with a link to download the editable versions. These templates underwent clinical review in August 2024. However, we recommend that your practice review and update them to align with your local guidelines. Additionally, practices should have a standing order policy, a training program, and an audit process in place to support the effective use of standing orders in general practice.
